 I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Professional Life Coach passionate about creating spaces where individuals and groups can transform, and grow.

​I believe deeply in the ability (and necessity) of community to heal the wounds we develop over the course of our lifetimes - whether that *community* means healers (like myself), chosen family or family of origin, affinity groups, geographically defined groups that have taken on the responsibility of caring for one another, or some other mutual care configuration.

My endeavors hail from an intersectionally feminist and non-pathologizing perspective of mental health, neurodiversity, and social responsibility.
In short, I don't believe in broken people needing to be fixed. I believe that broken systems and toxic conditions can affect people in ways that breed social and emotional distress. My goal in working with clients is to help them process, heal, and develop the tools to regain their agency in the face of life's difficult circumstances.

Clients who work with me come from many walks of life, but all are motivated by a common drive to build a better world... beginning with the more intimate spaces of their own. To live their life as blessings to their communities. To transmute the challenges that they face in life into the things of greatest value to them.
